Smarter Systems, Stronger Business.
About Us
Gigi Gilsinan
Gigi Gilsinan is a systems implementation and AI implementation consultant working at the intersection of real estate, finance, and technology. She helps owners, developers, and non-profit organizations design and operate integrated systems that reflect how projects are actually built, financed, and managed.
Her core work focuses on implementing and optimizing platforms such as Yardi and RealPage, building structured workflows across accounting, property management, and development operations. She specializes in turning fragmented processes into coherent systems - aligning data, teams, and reporting into a single operational framework.
In parallel, Gigi applies AI and Python-based tools to automate recurring processes, enhance reporting, and generate actionable insights. Her work includes custom dashboards, automated reconciliations, and workflow optimization tailored to real estate portfolios.
With a background in real estate finance and development accounting, she brings deep expertise in job cost management, construction draws, cash flow, and multi-entity financial operations. She has extensive experience in affordable housing, including subsidy programs such as HASA, HPD, and ESSHI, ensuring systems accurately capture lease structures, subsidy flows, and compliance requirements.
Gigi’s approach is inherently interdisciplinary. She operates as a bridge between finance, operations, and technology - connecting development, property management, and accounting teams that typically work in silos. Her work is not just about systems, but about translating real-world complexity into structured, scalable, and transparent processes.
Through SUPtown Consulting LLC, she supports clients across the full development lifecycle, from predevelopment through stabilized operations.
Based in New York City, Gigi is active in real estate, finance, and technology communities in both New York and London.
