The firm assists clients across underwriting support, capital structuring, tax credit compliance, requisition processes, and asset-management workflows, integrating these with modern ERP and data systems.

Gigi Gilsinan is a real estate finance and ERP technology consultant specializing in system implementation, administration, and financial workflow optimization. She brings experience working with development teams, nonprofit owners, and operators—helping them strengthen financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and modernize how they manage data.

Gigi has deep expertise in Yardi, RealPage, and cloud-based ERP systems, focusing on system security, role-based access control, data integrity, and automation of financial operations.

She works at the intersection of real estate finance, proptech, and AI, exploring how alternative datasets, such as geospatial intelligence, environmental risk data, and public regulatory data, can enhance financial analysis and asset-performance monitoring.

Before launching SUPtown, Gigi and her husband, Michael, operated a multi-location business, where she led financial operations and digital transformation.

Gigi lives in New York City and enjoys hiking, yoga, and attending AI and real-estate tech events.
