A housing credit certified professional, Gigi Gilsinan has worked for the Manhattan-based housing developers, Comunilife and West End Residences, in real estate development on affordable housing. She takes charge of the pre-development and development of new construction and rehabilitation projects. This includes searching for land, acquisition, closing, construction, requisition, and leasing.

She is responsible for the implementation of the RealPage property management software with a focus on leasing & rent, screening tenants, facility management, and generating financial reports.

Since 2008, Gigi Gilsinan has developed extensive capabilities in architecture, design, construction, non-profit and for-profit developers, general contractors, as well as real estate finance on new construction.

Her design experience includes working in architectural and landscape architectural design firms in New York City and Hong Kong. Including Arcadis (formerly known as Hyder Consulting - ACLA) and Alphonse Diaz Architect which focuses on affordable & supportive housing design in New York. Gigi also designed the logo, graphics, and interior of SUPtown Music & Arts and Fort Lee School of Music.

Construction management experience includes working for the general contractor ATC Construction, and condo developer Six SigmaNYC in New York, where she led daily on-site walk-throughs of residential renovations to ensure projects were delivered on time and within budget.

Gigi holds a Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from The University of Hong Kong and a 2nd Master’s Degree in Urban Policy MS, from Milano, The New School in New York City.

Gigi lives in Midtown, Manhattan with her husband, Michael Gilsinan.
